How do you charge for your design services? +
We typically charge based on a Fixed Fee per Square Meter. This ensures transparency from the start. For complex commercial projects, we may use a Percentage of Construction Cost method (standard IAI regulation).
Do you handle the construction (Contractor)? +
No. We are a Design-Only studio. We believe in the separation of Design and Build to maintain quality control. However, we can help you tender the project to find the best contractor for your budget.
What is the estimated timeline for a house design? +
A standard 300m² private house typically takes 3 to 4 months from Concept to Final Technical Drawings (DED). This allows enough time for thoughtful revisions and engineering calculations.
